Draft teams to compete on academics...

I think this idea has potential at Epsilon.  The Director of Academic
Development could work with the Chapter Scholarship Chairman to coordinate and
manage the program.

The Director of Academics should work with other Greek Alumni organizations to
promote greek system academics, and encourage WPI to report Greek grade metrics.

This position should be responsible for promoting and coordinating alumni
attendance at the yearly Rush School to help undergrads learn from our years of
experience.  Plenty of alumni are likely interested in participating in this
event, which can be very fun, especially with role playing, etc.

The Director of Academics position can also be responsible for promoting the
National conventions and School of Fraternity Practices.  Many times, Epsilon
has to scramble to find an alumnus representative to vote at the convention
because we do not have anyone driving interest and awareness.  Also, the
undergrads should be encouraged to attend and make use of the EBA budget to
support registrations.
