We should find a way for neighbors to anonymously register complaints
or offer input to a suggestion box.  We can use the web for this.  The
Chapter officers can spend an hour or so, personally contacting neighbors
and letting them know about the service.  Let's keep WPI out of the loop
where possible.  This will improve our image with the neighbors as well
as WPI.

The Director of Public Relations should be responsible for promoting an Alumni
Guest Night for invited alumni.  The alumni could attend dinner, perhaps the
house meeting, and other events or programming.  This might be coordinated with
the undergrad's Guest Night for faculty and WPI administration.  This is a great
way to keep key alumni in touch with the chapter and participate in its success.
