    1. Review possible sportswear rewards for donations. Possible rewards could be hats, boxer shorts, and golf shirts with the OX logo. There was a discussion about having a tiered system of donations. Older alumni would donate more money than recent alumni in order to receive the same award.
    2. Should we tie this in with the fundraiser? There will be an article in the next Echo regarding money being donated to the Roger Perry Fund. The goal is $20,000 and would be used to replace the roof.

    2. Decide on a date. (beginning of Oct? or next year?)

    1. Electrical problems with lights and wall outlets. An electrician should be contacted at the EBA expense.
    2. Sewage pipes back up. A plumber was contacted…..again. Could be tree roots.
    3. Walk-in is broken…again. Find out how much to replace parts until we can get a brand new one.
    4. Several doors are broken. Replace broken doors and buy metal plates for all doors so they don't split up the middle so easily. Damaged doors will be paid for by the EBA only if they were not abused.
    5. Ceiling tiles are broken. If due to water damage, EBA will pay for replacement. Otherwise, if broken due to pool sticks, etc. actives will have to pay.
    6. The amplifier in the party room is broken. Chooch was looking into fixing this. EBA and active will split the cost of repair. Brothers will rent until the amp is fixed.
    7. Floor tiles need to be sealed, buffed and waxed again. We need to contact the same person who did them last year. EBA will pay for this expense.
