Old Business
 

    1. Panel repair.
    2. Paint work.
    John was unable to attend the meeting. He was on his honeymoon
    1. Lawn rolling and reseeding. The companies have not shown up to do the lawn work
    2. Fence. Should be finished mid to late October. Job is being done by Miller Fence.
    1. Start putting together a project proposal for complete shower replacement. Spoke with plumber about replacing existing shower hardware. Should cost ~$1500 for both showers
    2. Review such proposal with the EBA for implementation next year.


    Full shower replacement should happen in 1-2 years. The ceiling outside the 2nd floor shower should also be replaced. Poor ventilation could be causing the mold.
     

    1. Continue to research roofing solutions for our type roof.
    2. Educate the EBA Board on solutions.
    3. Recommend a solution.
Action Items:
    1. Start putting together a project proposal for prospective bidders.
    2. Review such proposal with the EBA
    1. Status of additional bids.
    2. Contract Schedule.

    1. Current status. $2500 has been collected in the past month. $10,405 has been collected since 9/1/98. The total outstanding debt is $15,862.
    2. Review of older alumni debt records.
    1. Present initial draft to EBA. The work is ongoing.
    2. Schedule target date for review comments.
    1. Proposal for donation amounts for specific awards. An article appeared in the last Echo. The goal is $20,000. The awards are as follows:

        $500 Watch or Golf Ensemble (Golf Shirt, Shorts, and Hat)
    3. First project is the roof repair.

New Business
    1. There are many large projects that might be best addressed by two people. Position of Co-Director of Plant Management was created.

    1. How are things going? Getting up to speed. Bid Day is Dec 3rd.
    2. Are we able to even speak to freshmen?

    4. How are other chapters on campus doing?
    1. Status on collection effort of all official documents, the deed, insurance policies, etc. Liability and property insurance, copy of deed, and lodging license were obtained.
    2. Safety deposit box rental for storage. Banks have been contacted regarding size and prices.
    3. Copy originals for our use.
    1. Review of ideas. Will be postponed until next year.
