    1. Complete research on roofing solutions for our type roof.
    2. Educate EBA on choices.

    1. Start putting together a project proposal for prospective bidders.
    2. Review such proposal with the EBA.

    1. Date? Between EBA Weekend and Golf Tournament.
    2. Site requirements? Grills, tables, horseshoes, bocce, frisbee, softball?
    3. Area? Let’s decide the best general area for the best turnout.
    4. Goal: Have a list of places that meet the above requirements by the next meeting. We need to decide on a definite place to advertise in the Jan. Echo.

    3. Copy originals for our use.
