Old Business

 
    1. We have a pattern of a good roof at Sun Microsystems.
    2. Hartford roofing was the contractor.
    3. We need a quote from these guys.
    4. What is the best solution for the dining room roof?
    Status: Jim will take pictures of the roof at Sun and post them on the web. We currently have three quotes for a new roof. One quote is for $15,000.
    1. This project can be completed anytime, including NOW.
    Status: The entire outside of the house needs to be stained. How about something different than the current color? Maybe stain it the the old color (brown). There should quotes at the next meeting.
    1. Priority is very high.
    2. Wooden kitchen entry will not pass inspection! We should patch with tile.
    3. Need hardy flooring for entryway from Dean St.
    Status: A plan to fix the Dean Street entry is to lay down some carpet and plan a better fix after inspection.
    1. Fence Treating and Painting as soon as it gets warm out.
    2. Can the brothers do this before they leave for the summer?
    Status: We need to know what color the house will be. The concrete in the backyard needs to be removed. This is up to the brothers.

    Status: Paul Ganchi will how much it will cost for patterns and for labor.

    2. It’s time to persue alternate means for anyone that has not yet responded.
    Status: We have collected $14,548.50 since 9/1/1998. Interest has been tacked on to brothers who have not made an effort to pay off debt.

    2. The complete donation algorithm.
    Status: Work with Stewart Howe o create pre-printed order sheet for dues and donations.

New Business
 
    1. Echo Article requesting information.
    2. For future Echo presentation.
    3. Resources? Where can we get information?
    4. Can the Chapter Historian step up to the plate on this project?
 
    1. It’s time for our favorite task!
    2. Any volunteers to complete the CHI report forms?
    3. From this report, we will create and maintain a repairs tasklist.
    To Do: Fix up stuff by inspection. Go room by room. Woody and Cavati.
    1. Need to complete form.
    2. Inspection will follow shortly after submission.
    3. Must get the house in inspection shape with walk through.
    4. Leverage the CHI report for necessary repairs.
    1. New committee of alumni and undergrads.
    2. Need a new committee name and chair.
    3. Identify chapter strengths and propose how to leverage.
    4. Identify chapter weaknesses and propose how to improve.
    5. Full report due quarterly at a designated EBA meeting.
    1. New office to assist with current and new Alumni activities.
    2. Primary ownership of EBA social dinners.
    3. Share in the leadership and decision making on the EBA.
    Devon Reed will be the new Co-Director of Activities.
