Old Business

 
    1. Hartford roofing bid?
    2. Other quotes/bids?
    3. What do we need to do to complete this project?
    We have two quotes. One from General Roofing and the other from Sutherland. Melvin recommends contacting Hartford Roofing. They did a good job at Sun.
    1. Are the brothers up for this work, or should we hire a company?
    2. Need a contract with brothers if they want to do the work.
    3. Need a local project leader to drive the effort.
    4. Replace bad panels.
    5. Screw in all panels.
    6. Paint all panels. (Color review)
    7. Paint all under-window panels. (Color Review)
    We need to know how many brothers are interested in doing this.
    1. Priority is very high.
    2. Wooden kitchen entry will not pass inspection! We should patch with tile.
    3. Need hardy flooring for entryway from Dean St.
 
    1. Fence Treating and Staining as soon as it gets warm out.
    2. It’s time. Can we get the brothers to do this? Yes! We need a color to match the house.
    3. EBA pays for materials.

    2. Exchange of material.
    Ganchi is getting this done.

    2. Have we played hardball with deadbeats yet?
    Two new guys have been added to Chris's deadbeat list.
    1. Rewards are due for several donors!

    5. Full report due quarterly at a designated EBA meeting.
