Old Business

 
    1. Hartford roofing bid?
    2. Other quotes/bids?
    3. What do we need to do to complete this project?
    Samos has the bids and we need to get them from him. We need a roof that has a 10 year "no-leak" guarantee.
    1. Are the brothers up for this work, or should we hire a company?
    2. Need a contract with brothers if they want to do the work.
    3. Need a local project leader to drive the effort.
    4. Replace bad panels.
    5. Screw in all panels.
    6. Paint all panels. (Color review)
    7. Paint all under-window panels. (Color Review)
    We have two estimates. Contact Matt Colangelo and get a bid for the job. The colors will be reviewed at the Summer Party after the EBA Open.
    1. Priority is very high.
    2. Wooden kitchen entry will not pass inspection! We should patch with tile.
    3. Need hardy flooring for entryway from Dean St.
    The wooden kitchen entry did pass inspection!
    The entryway from Dean Street floor is rotting away. It will be another 2 years before it can be completely fixed. The wall will need to be taken down to repair completely.
 
    1. Fence Treating and Painting as soon as it gets warm out.
    2. It’s time. Can we get the brothers to do this?
    3. EBA pays for materials.

    Paul brought a robe that he had made. All of the robes should be XL to keep the "bigger" brothers from ripping them. The job will cost about $2500. The robes should be done by the beginning of the school year. Great job Paul!

    83 people have signed up so far. July 29th, Green Hill in Worcester. Jim Melvin will be getting the trophies. Steaks will be served at the house after golfing. Grills need to be obtained.

    1. Form is STILL waiting on inspection reports for Alarms and Sprinklers.

    1. New committee of alumni and undergrads.
    2. Need a new committee name and chair.
    3. Identify chapter strengths and propose how to leverage.
    4. Identify chapter weaknesses and propose how to improve.
    5. Full report due quarterly at a designated EBA meeting.
