    1. Showers - Summer 2002, ballpark $30K, hire architect now
    2. Kitchen - Summer 2003/4, ballpark $50K

 

We have not yet secured an architect for the shower project. Workin on it.

Ballpark number of $30K is in the ballpark.

Chris Haraldsen (Woody) could not make the meeting.

Lee Barber, back from a B-Term absence, reported that the house treasury

is in good shape. The chapter paid $18,500 for B-Term '2001 rent.

The boarding houes license came in December. We are all set for the year.

Started with 22 pledges. 2 de-pledges have us down to 20. May get 1 back after

resolving some issues.

WPI has mandated that new fraternity pledges attend "New Member Meetings"

The 2 meetings are 4 hours long. Several WPI agents (most non-Greek) attempt

to teach the new members more about Greek Life. This is troubling to all those

at the EBA meeting.

Pledge meetings are on Sun nights, with Thu nights also supplementing.

EBA to attend pledge meeting on Thu Jan 31 for "Meet the EBA".

Social Probation is OVER!!! The brothers planning a party this weekend.

Probation ended at the end of B-Term (at the end of Dec).
