    1. Undergraduate rent collections. Where do we stand?
    2. Undergraduate rent payments. What is the outstanding EBA rent due?
    3. Undergraduate accounts receivable status. Are we paying bills?

    2. Alumni Dues - raise from $40 to $50?

    1. Inspection scheduled for Saturday, June 1.
    2. Jim Melvin to volunteer.
    3. Need 1 alumni and 2 undergrad volunteers
    4. Plenty of notice to get the house in shape.
    5. If the house is not very clean, it will be closed for maintenance.
    6. If the house is not well maintained, it will be closed for maint.
    7. If the house is closed, cleaning and maint costs will be billed to Chapter.

    3. How many undergrad execs can meet over the summer?

    7. Example: Raise $15,000 from alumni donations.
    8. Example: Submit a nomination for each Greek and national award.
    9. Etc. etc. etc.
