Theta Chi should be represented at the Greek Alumni Council meetings.
There's value in attending the meetings and collaborating on Greek-wide
issues, such as fire safety and prevention, as well as other common
issues.

The alumni checkbook ledger should be made available for everyone to see,
perhaps behind a common password, only for Epsilon brothers. I think it's
important for everyone to see where the fraternity is spending it's money.

Re: Checkbook - Expenses and budgets are reviewed in nearly every EBA meeting.
I don't think having the checkbook register available would add much value and
time should be spent more constructively in other places. If there's a question
about expenses - ask it and Dave/Treasurer will answer it - as he does in the
meetings.
